So armature says it is normal scale, but, nope. looked good in editor, but once game started, models are shrunk along their bones by 1/100. Now I can have my projects in meters in Blender and Unity. My meshes came in at scale, but my armatures were still 100x. Or they were saying choose "experimental apply transformation".but none if it really worked. ![]() I was getting so sick of people saying "change your settings to cm,", or "scale everything by 100 before you export" or any of that other hacky nonsense others have given as an answer." I read that about 100 times, and knew it was hacky-tacky. ![]() ![]() (I am posting in all caps in case your image gets lost 3 years from now, and people are still lost as to how to solve this annoying issue) !!! CHANGE APPLY SCALE TO "FBX ALL" FROM "ALL LOCAL"
